The process was very simple and straightforward. First you had to submit your personal information (can be imported from LinkedIn) and immediately you will be invited to play a series of online games.
These games are supposed to tell if your personality is suited for the job. However depending on which function you applied for, the scores that Unilever look out for is different, so there isn't a model answer to these games. The only tip is to read the instructions carefully and make sure u understand them before proceeding.
If you do manage to make it through the games, you will be invited to record a video interview of yourself in response to a situational question. Very difficult to get through, and I am not entirely sure if the games were the right method to filter the applicants.
