Interview process is a bit slow as this is a large organization (typically 1-2 months). However this is typically the case only initially. I had a 3 rounds - one telephonic and two others face-to-face with my immediate line manager and his manager.

First round with HR, Second Round with hiring manager, third round is case study and need to present your case study to hiring manager. Fourth round is interview with director with other departments, and last round is interview with director from this department

First had an interview with HR, after few days, HR will inform you next round. The second round with two hiring managers. All the interview process is really professional, and the hiring managers are really friendly

- why you want to join Unilever - How was your previous work experience - Could you describe any negotiation example
Well, very destructive conversation we had. Big nah, even passed, I won't be there under that superior. Many blockade to our question which is we better do it, right? Few questions the manager never response or answer but only asking back, what's the point for you?!! WTF
