Applied online through campus career centre was contacted for an on-campus interview the next day to happen later that week. Two interviewers. Entirely behavioural - questions like Why Unilever, tell me about a time you dealt with a difficult team member, what is your greatest strength. Left a lot of time to answer my questions. They do not tell you if you're not selected, must contact to confirm.

Two line managers from the team will interview you online for about 30 minutes. They are very nice people, and they really paid attention to your personal quality and proactiveness.
The interview process was quite rigorous. Starting from online assessments and a few behavioral questions. If it all works well, they will invite you to a super day at the office where you will meet with your future potential hiring managers.
