Initial approach was from HR consulting firm, after screening 1st interview schedule (virtual), then 2nd round again virtual, PI assessment though 3rd party web. Unfortunately this process took almost 4 month and regular interval communication was expected which had not happened. Just little bit disappointed throughout the process. At least timely feedback and closure was expected. After following Unilever within Social Network platform, I had those expectations from overall recruitment process.
