I applied online; where I was asked plenty of detailed and short essay questions about my leadership skills, aspirations and accomplishments. Later I had an telephone interview where I was asked about my preference of department. No further questions asked in that stage. But I heard friends receiving some questions.
In the third part, since I was having an exchange during that time, I did a skype interview with two senior managers from two different departments. The interview lasted about an hour and I was asked 7-8 competency based questions.
