All situation based and conversational. "tell me a time..." Give concert examples and you'll be fine! They just want to make sure you can string a sentence together and have good interpersonal skills.

Tell me a time you faced push back and how did you resolve
Pretty easy, had just one interview with my manager and another manager. They reached out to me after 2 weeks. HR process was long as you have to take a medical test, background test and then you are good to go

Usually scenario based interview. I also heard they do panel interview meaning all hiring managers and HR join but mine was scenario based questions. For example: what would you if you need to meed the deadline ? How do you handle if you think that there will be delay ?

How do you handle if you think that there will be delay in your project ?
It was a straightforward group interview with all the internal customers of the role.
Questions are role-specific. There was also a group discussion/role play where you are assessed for team work.
Second interview was more of a chat with the Supply Chain Director.
