The interview process included a day long group interview with fellow co-op candidates and individual interviews with role-specific employees. The group interview was a combination of group and individual activities that were used to gauge candidates' demonstration of corporate values (internal and external), collaboration, and individual contributions. The individual interviews were done with location-specific managers and leads in the form of a traditional interview.

Friendly interviewer with a group project as the main interview, and the individual interviews follow. It certainly takes a long time and it is tiring, but the process is interesting.
Online assessments, then a super day with group case, 2 30-minute interviews, and a group interview. Recruiter was unresponsive and did not ever update despite saying otherwise. Be personable but not too assertive, they want team players, not bulldozers.

I didnt do the pre recorded interview, but got selected to do a case study presentation with a group of applicants and present it in front of managers and after that I had 2 interviews with some managers, this whole process was online and took about 4 hours
