3 phase interviews during my time (2022). For the first phase, it is all about a cognitive assessment through a gamified activity. On to the second phase, it's a portrait assessment where they will provide this virtual platform where they will give you situations and a business case that you need to answer within a certain time limit. And for the final phase of the application process, there will be a manager who will talk with you.

The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.

Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
