Got through to the video interview stage where the questions were quite heavy, and then had a business case study to present at the end, questions were 3 mins to prepare, and 10 mins for the case study

it isn´t easy but they test various aspects such as how you work with others in a group stage and how you self-reflect in a reflection stage. they also test commerial understand and the ability to be adaptable
Video Interview. 2 questions and case study which was about choosing between 2 diff options for a campaign. First questions were about the company itself and your opinions. Didn't take too long but requires prior research.
