Colloquio
The interview was done in 2 stages (Interview was conducted in English):
- Manager level
In this stage, they asked basic questions on life, education and working background. There will be 2 managers interviewing at the same time, and they asked for life and career aspirations. In my friends cases, they asked business case questions in which they will ask for solution in operational activities which usually happens all the time.
- Director level
In this stage, the questions are the same.
Overall, the interview is done in a friendly situation, and it was fun process for me.
The interviews are done in 1 week, and they gave decision very fast.

First round with HR, Second Round with hiring manager, third round is case study and need to present your case study to hiring manager. Fourth round is interview with director with other departments, and last round is interview with director from this department

First had an interview with HR, after few days, HR will inform you next round. The second round with two hiring managers. All the interview process is really professional, and the hiring managers are really friendly

- why you want to join Unilever - How was your previous work experience - Could you describe any negotiation example
Well, very destructive conversation we had. Big nah, even passed, I won't be there under that superior. Many blockade to our question which is we better do it, right? Few questions the manager never response or answer but only asking back, what's the point for you?!! WTF
