Interview comprised of multiple stages. Firstly, involved submitting application an form, then psyochemtric testing as well as a online test, followed by virtual interview, and finally in-person interview. Relatively standard procedure for graduate scheme at large transnational business.
Video interview - asked 5 questions, motivations and behavioural. Why do u want to work here? Why are you interested in commercial? When have you had to solve a problem?
