It was very professional and you are expected to answer every question with relevant examples. It was initially a one on one interview after which there was a little coffee break. After which we were group into a group of 3 members each and we were presented with a case study to treat.

Scheduled a phone interview with a recruiter, which then he did not answer during the scheduled time. Didn't even bother to call back or email. Complete waste of time to schedule it. Don't bother with this bank, just look at their reviews. If the recruiter is like this then it really doesn't paint a good picture for the company.

1. Phone Interview with HR ladies
2. First round interview with 10 people (Managers + Analysts)
3. Final round interview(coffee date) with the same people
Union bank's hiring process is always unprofessional and atrocious. HR ladies are not very helpful and sub-par quality. I mean, I can't expect too much from those who graduated from University of La Verne and other community colleges.
