Applied through school resources. Had an interview on campus, very simple basic interview. A series of STAR questions, have to take management tests and then if I pass will move onto a second interview.

It was a behavioral interview and they were pretty easy to get along with. They also asked about any relevant experience and any involvement with school clubs or technical organizations.
