Colloquio
I applied online and was interviewed by phone about two weeks later. The next interview was in person in Omaha about a week after that. I was offered the job about a week later.
I had never undergone a personality test for a job interview before. There is a long personality test and also a sort of critical thinking test for manager skills.
Both tests can be completed pretty quickly.
You don't get to see your results, its just a pass fail. They are looking for specific personality traits, but I don't know exactly what they are.
