It’s a one on one interview. Very regular interview with all some personality questions and basic customer service situational questions. As well as the basic tell me a little about yourself question. Suggest just brushing up on situational questions that showcase your hospitality and customer service.

Spoke with hiring manager and asked a few generic interview questions. Also, asked about prior experience and previous place of work. The interview was short and straight to the point.
