Der Bewerbungsprozess gliedert sich in drei Stufen: Zunächst absolvieren Kandidaten ein Online-Assessment, gefolgt von einem persönlichen Gespräch mit der Personalabteilung. Den Abschluss bildet ein vertiefendes Interview direkt am Unternehmensstandort vor Ort.

i applied on end of october recieved an email within a week for for online assessment.Online Assessment was consisted of basic apptitude questions.After online assessment they requested for interview.After interview they gave me rejection after 32 days.

Colloquio
First interview is an automated online interview to determine a cultural fit check. 2 questions were in German and the other 2 are in English and should be answered in the indicated language. I remember the first 2 questions were the same as the questions I found on glassdoor but couldn't remember whether the other 2 were the same or not as I wasn't well prepared. But they are most probably the same.
