      Ho presentato la mia candidatura tramite un'agenzia di reclutamento personale. La procedura ha richiesto 5 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Uniphore Software Systems (Bengaluru) nel mese di nov 2018

      Total 3 rounds of Interview during selection process- 1st round was a whatsapp call with VP sales, 2nd round was f2f with VP sales again and third round was again a whatsapp call with one of the co-founder who is based in Singapore. Right from the 1st round until releasing offer letter took nearly 45 days time. However, since they could not match my asked CTC i had declined the offer immediately. This is one of the worst employer i have come across in my employment history. Post selection they not only ask for your former boss reference but also your confidential customer reference which seems to be a terrible practice. Additionally, they had requested me to share my existing offers at hand which i did promptly. Later on after a week they came back with an offer which is less than 4 lakhs of the offer at hand. Looking at such cheap tactic i got furious and rejected the offer. Sad thing is no one at Uniphore right from hiring manager to HR had the courtesy to try and convince me to join them at such less CTC despite having a better offer at hand. Cummon guys show some maturity and stand up. If you can not offer better CTC at least try to convince your candidate why they should join you. What benefits, advantages candidates will have if they join you. This is a basic courtesy. They were like- this is the offer, we tried to match but no approval. Take it or leave it. Who will join such foolish bunch of jokers?
