All the rounds were virtual. Initial round was to ensure I have relevant work experience required for the role offered, followed by one round of technical interview and discussion with functional head followed by final discussion with HR

I cleared the first round. The HR was supposed to schedule the next round but is neither responding to calls nor providing any updates for weeks. This displayed their unprofessional attitude. They have no proper process in place. I have seen other reviews mentioning the same kind of interview experience and existing employees whom I contacted stated about the lack of job security. If this is the company culture then it's better to stay away from it.

The interview process took about a month. I applied online and the recruiter called and emailed me to schedule a call with them. I provided my availability and didn't hear back from them for over a week. In the next two week period, I spoke to the recruiter, hiring manager, and a VP. One week later, I didn't hear from anyone, so reached out to the recruiter to request feedback and have heard nothing. Complete ghosting! Very unprofessional and disorganized!
