I went through a series of three interviews and it to 9 weeks and spoke with three different people until the last interview with hr department. Toured the facility and a received a brief overview of the products.

Its was easy. The interviewer asked me about how I got in & out of work situations. We concluded with a discussion my "personal goals" (which i never understand why that is any of any company's' business). Got the job!
