Very unorganized, took weeks to get back to me. They had me come into their Utah office to do a technical interview over skype with a manager from Virginia. This interview was incredibly unorganized and the interviewer kept asking the most vague questions and wanted specific answers. There was absolutely no one in the office which scared me away. There is clearly a reason they are desperate for anyone to come on board.

Applied through my college job board, process was very smooth and there was great communication throughout the entire process. I had 2 interviews, an hour each, A phone screeening/interview and a longer in-depth technical interview. All interviewers were fantastic.

Two stages: On campus interview conducted by two software engineers, followed by a on site interview. The on site interview consisted of two separate interviews with two other software engineers. Basic programming questions, OOP knowledge, database and sql, and web development questions.
