The on campus procedure included a written test, an technical interview round and an HR interview Round. The questions focused on variety of subjects like C Programming, Operating Systems, Database Systems, Computer Networks. The HR round contained usual HR Questions like Tell me about yourself, etc.

Ich hatte insgesamt zwei Interviews: ein Screening und eine technische Runde. Meiner Meinung nach sind beide Runden positiv verlaufen. Nach dem Interview habe ich jedoch keine Rückmeldung erhalten und musste das Feedback ausdrücklich anfordern. Im Feedback stand, dass mir „marginale Consulting-Soft-Skills“ fehlten, ohne eine detaillierte Beschreibung, welche genau gemeint waren. Ich vermute, dass dies nur eine Ausrede für einen anderen (wirklichen) Grund für die Absage war, den ich natürlich nicht kennen kann.
