The recruitment includes a chit-chat interview, a live coding challenge and an on-site coding interview. The recruitment team initiates the process with scheduling a first interview by email. If the technical question is answered, a coding challenge is organized to check the performance of the candidate to program in Python (only) without an IDE. After the coding challenge, the applicant is invited in the premises for a 3-hour onsite interview that might result into an offer.
