After the recruiter reached out to me initially to schedule an interview she took multiple days to confirm the interview. Additionally, she was 10 minutes late to the Zoom. The interview went well, she asked general questions about my experience and why I was interested in the company. She told me that she would send me details right after the interview to schedule the meeting with the hiring manager. That email never came and she never responded to my follow up email. I thought it was extremely unprofessional to say I would be moving onto the second round and then just send a generic no reply rejection email a week later.
