Easy interview. They call you in their office, give you water and explain the business of airlines. After that you will have three people asking you personality based questions however, they should be asking you questions about you computer knowledge too because most of the work is done on computer, That is why some fail to keep a job. They mostly likely to hire with a reference.

The interview process was shortened to four questions, as two questions asked the same thing but were worded differently. The two interviewers who were supposed to attend did not, so I was interviewed by one man who asked the questions and wrote down my answers about how my experiences could apply to the role.
