They had a few rounds of interviews starting with a group discussion and then one-on-one interviews in their office. They were quite friendly with the interview process. They were looking for people who were familiar with technicalities of accounting such as ratios even though they might be from a different background.

They asked questions regarding my CV
Gave a case study and asked me to present my views on tackling the situation. It was a profit generating case study. Some also got guesstimates.
They also asked many behavioral and situation based questions such as strengths, weaknesses, and how i would deal specific situations
Phone screen with recruiter, then virtual meeting with two hiring managers at once, then another virtual meeting with the hiring manager and another team member while completing a case study during the meeting, then offer.

Behavioral and job specific questions. They expalined the job and then i explained the resume. They gave me an opportunity to ask them questions at the end. There was 2 people interviewing me, manager and senior manager.
Long interview process for network planning- 1) interview with recruiter, 2) Case study for hour 3) Interview with manager and another interview. The process took so long and did not end up moving forward.
