Very smooth and efficient. Applied in late August, and heard back for an Online Assessment in early November. Basic behavioral questions were asked. A week later, I was notified that I had a Teams interview. The next week I had an interview with my current Manager and Director. Also, more behavioral questions, but both were very friendly and kept the interview engaging. A few days later I was notified that I had an offer.
