I found the job on Craigslist. I was contacted and interviewed by someone in HR. Once I passed that interview, I was asked to come in for an interview. The day of the interview, I was all dressed up in a suit. I was interviewed by 4 people, one of which had on a t-shirt with holes in it. I knew, that the interview would be quite relaxed. Since I already had some experience, I found the interviewers to be unprepared, and easy to guide. I basically knew that the job was in the bag.

Excellent interview process with highly responsive recruiter. Three interviews with director level and above after the recruiter interview. The recruiter kept me informed at every step in the process. Interview questions were very standard for project management.
