Let me explain you how this is a big fraud company....
You people must have heard about ebiz. Tbis company is the beta version of ebiz. I applied through naukri.com and further appeared for the interview. At the time of presentation I was shocked to see the standard of the company. A dumb, uneducated, unprofessional, pathetic girl started giving us the presentation. She was so irritating, to best phrase it "Rakhi sawant behaving like Aishwarya Rai". In the middle of the presentation she began a defending process and tried to convince us why UCC is not a fraud company though we never questioned the authenticity of the company. A novice was sitting beside this girl who had recently joined the company amd was chewing a chewing gum.
Now, coming to the presentation. The presentation says we provide employment to people, now read carefully how:-
The asked me to join them for 10000 ₹ After paying 10,000, you will have to bring more people like yourself to join the company with 10,000₹.
1. How will I earn :- every person who joins the company through my referral, I will get 10% (or more) of this 10,000 ₹ that is 1000₹. How they earn :- Simple you join them and they recieve the cut of 10000 ₹ you paid while joining them.
People working in the company might have been making money but I am damn sure they have lost the efficiency of their brains. They are simply uneducated dumb and unprofessional novices. Who are looting poor people. They don't know how to talk like a professional, how to walk like a professional.
Coming to the office, the worst office I have ever seen, It smelled like vinegar. Yukkkkkkkkkk.
This is a brainwashing firm. Looting people in the name of employment.

The interview was taken by a so-called HR executive. The company is just a chain marketing and investing company who fools people in the name of fake job positions and not disclosing their actual work and nothing else.

IT IS A FRAUD, BOGUS COMPANY. I have been to the Hyderabad office recently. I had to sit through an orientation program for 15 mins where they explain what all platforms are available. They give you an option of joining any 1 of 2 platforms that they mention like one is the tourism platform and the other is the business platform that have 2 different packages(4,500/- AND 9000/-). After explaining these 2 mentioned platforms they will ask you to pay 1000/- as a registration fee (non-refundable) and will you a login and password for the website. At first I thought I would pay the registration fee of 1000/- and start with the tourism platform and I did pay 1000/- and got trained as to what to do. But after that the people working at the office will start to pressurize you to take the business package of either 4,500/- or 9000/-. They will list all the "perks" with the packages mentions but It is all a trap. It a bogus company. Well if you happen to select the business platform and pay the extra money the returns that you get will just be the commission. The process is just that you have to post a job ad on any leading websites where people try to search for jobs and after seeing your ad they will give you a call and all you have to do is send then the office with your name as a reference. Now here if the person who called you chooses to go to the office and use your name as a reference then you will a certain amount as commission depending on the package you have chosen or else you wont get any money no matter how many hours you "work". SO basically what I am trying to say is there no work here that is related to the name of the company- United Capital Club TOURISM. You dont book tickets or tourist packages. Even if you choose not to pay for the package, they will force you to take a package. So please dont fall for these advertisements for your own safety and dont become a pawn in their Ponzi scheme.
DO NOT FALL THIS COMPANY'S TRAP.
