I had received a request for an initial telephone screening by the recruiter. I set the time and the recruiter called me at her timezone so we had to reschedule. Next day: recruiter called the wrong number on time but was rushed and didn't allow me to answer questions. She didn't know how to read a resume and kept referring to past jobs.
