The interview was short, I was contacted by the former interns and the questions are mostly about my resumes and previous experience. The whole selection process only took three weeks.
Competency based interview, 3-4 people would conduct the interview, one HR, the hiring manager, and one or two other persons. Questions are about the competencies that are usually mentioned in the vacancy announcement.
