Interview process is very professional and on subject. You have a written test and competency test to make up the evaluation. It can be excruciating in the competency if you have minimum work experience.

Very fair but also very competitive. Also, it is over 1 hour and the process of shortlisting might take to over 3 months for the candidate to be informed of the process.
