Long, bureaucratic and has multiple layers. It is plagued by box checking and is specific to the required quotas per country. It is VERY difficult to get called back, unfortunately.

I received an email asking if I was still interested in the job and I said yes. Interviewed with three people and they asked me general questions about my qualifications. The interview was not super structured and informal. I got the internship. Come prepared to discuss why you are uniquely qualified and "deserve" the internship. Think about what your niche is before the interview and what sets you apart.
