The application process comprised of the online application on Inspira which HR went through, a phone interview that I had with the manager of the team, and a standerdized competency test that is given to everyone that wishes to join the UN network.

Skill based interview with 3 interviewers. Asking specfic skill based questions of how you responded to situations, to go deeper from your application answears, to share details of how you have gained skills and would contribute to a team, and why you wish to work in this department specifically
It's based on a competency-based interview, and it went well. It was friendly and informative as well. There are a few of general questions and a few of technical questions. Overall, a good experience.
