It was very quick and straight forward. The interview was conducted by the agency over the phone then a 1 to 1 meet in person on the first day at work.

Really nice interview. The managers were really nice and made me feel at ease - the room was a little small that’s all but I’m sure that was down to booking them out etc. The interview questions were straightforward based around customer service, and the letter writing exercise was pretty easy
