The interview consisted of two rounds, as well as a written assignment. It was a fairly detailed process in terms of determing fit for the job on both sides, particularly because I was transferring from a large, public company to a nonprofit.

All of the questions were straightforward and expected.
Drawn out and very long interview process with limited feedback once I was through it. It took months to finally hear if I got the job, after three rounds and a large presentation.
