Was a one on one interview with the Director. Very calm, very relaxed atmosphere. She asked direct questions. It felt more like a nice conversation. She also gave me information on the company and detailed description on what I would be doing. She introduced me to the office after our interview concluded.

Phone screening and then in person interview. Basic easy questions. Everyone was nice and professional. The in person interview was a group interview with about 6 people. The phone screening was around 30 minutes and the in person interview was about 1.5 hours.

Video interview--interviewed by 4 total staff members who I would be reporting to, then was told I would hear back the next day if I was moved to second round. Went on to second round with a peer interview.
