Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto una settimana. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso United Way (Melbourne, FL) nel mese di mar 2024

I don’t know where to begin. I am very experienced in the field and am very aware of the responsibilities, and the policies of United way. I made sure I was entirely prepared for the interview and as I arrived I was told that the one interviewing me didn’t have much time today. We still interviewed and the entire process was completed within 15 minutes. 15 minutes from me walking in, greeting, discussing the responsibilities and the exit. Wouldn’t you know it, I wasn’t given the position. Go figure. They couldn’t even give me an honest interview which I drove 45 minutes for. Extremely unorganized and blatantly rude.
Although I was referred for the position by a board member, the interviewer failed to contact me to acknowledge receipt of my resume or to schedule an interview until two days prior to the interview date. Interviewer never responded to a single follow-up email or phone call after our conversation, including to let me know I wasn't under consideration for the position.

"How would you organize the data to be able to answer questions quickly?" The entire job is data management and the entire conversation was about the level of detail that needed to be maintained to do the job well. Prior to the question being asked we discussed systems, how data was managed currently, and how the organization's needs were being met in the interim. There ought to have been satisfactory systems in place already, and if there weren't that should have been part of the conversation and job description.
