Applied through staffing agency, interview was straight forward and directly with the program/hiring manager. It was one on one with general questions in connection to the work, your knowledge and experience on what areas, etc.

They send me an assessment test with over 60 questions. Then you have 20 math question that need to be finish in 10 minutes and then grammatical question 20 in total to finish in 5 minutes. Next day they email me saying that I will no move in the interview step. It seems I didn’t go well in the assessment question even though I pass the math and grammatical. However it seem they don’t care about your experience but just the fact of you passing ridiculous questions about if you will get persuaded easily. I always have believe those assessments question they give you a score is a waste of time. A lot of people will lie how they will behave at work. You should go by experience and referrals.
