I had one virtual interview with our area manager. She asked about my previous experience, work environment and way of working I've worked at. Asked about geneeal expectations regarding wage and learning curve.
The interview process was odd. There was a 15 minute phone interview, then a written assignment, following a panel interview. I had to reach out to know if I got the job.
