I applied online and because I was far from location, the company was gracious enough to grant me a teleconference interview. I first went through a screening by their HR representative to make sure I met qualifications for the job. Later they scheduled a 1:1 in person interview but I asked if there was anyway to make it a phone interview and they agreed. I interviewed with a Health Educator Team Lead and my manager plus got the chance to speak with someone else who was currently filling the position I was interviewing for. About 2 weeks later I was called to interview with executive director. This happened in the month of July and by the first week of August I was given a job offer to begin in one month. I guess the process from day of application to offer was a total of 2 months and to start was 3. Aside from being so accommodating, they offered a telecommuting position, by the way which was awesome. I love this company already!
