3 interviews, one on the phone, one on campus and one on site. Got back to you the next week and the offer was valid for a few weeks. You dont know where you're placed until the spring, but they tell you your general location within a metro area, in my case HQ in Minneapolis.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
