Applied online and was instructed to do on-site testing. Taken to a room with computers set up. Very nice representative walked you through your resume to make sure it was complete. Then there was typing and comprehension questions. After test was complete, a representative walked you out to the front and if you passed, you were given an interview date. Interview was two days later. Very easy going representative. Asked five questions. The hardest was "explain one time when you took the blame for something that you didn't do".

Video Interview - very positive, just answer honestly and be positive. Questions that are recorded and you answer. If you don't like your answer, you can stop and restart the recorded answer.
