Great experience and really friendly. I didn't get the job but I would not hesitate to apply to a different position because they were so helpful and friendly. First, I was asked to do a phone screen then received an email for an in person interview.

Was called in for an interview with hiring manager and another staff member. Was asked regarding my current position and the duties it entails, as well as why I am looking to join this field of work and what qualities do I have that would be good for this position. I was asked what is my plan to do with this career path specifically. The manager asked what programs do I currently use for my current position, and asked if I have ever used some of their programs, and if I was familiar with Word programs and Lotus, etc. Work culture seems very laid back and welcoming. This position also has the opportunity to work from home as well. I was also informed that they will be selecting a few candidates for a second round of interviews before making their final decision.
