Started with a recorded interview answering a few questions. Proceeded to an on-site 20 minute interview. Very pleasant and friendly. Interview was behavioral with them going through your resume and asking questions. Technical part was very minimal. Ended with some presentations and a tour of the building

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?
