They took 1 round on telephonic and then after that 2 rounds technical and 1 managerial round followed by HR, face to face.
I asked them to schedule the interview only if they agree to pay the compentation which I mentioned. After 1 week interview got scheduled and cleared all rounds and Then comes the twist, HR gave me an offer which was below my expectations. After mentioning that I came for interview only after you people agreed to pay the compentation which I asked. As expected from a HR, he forgot everything.
It was again a surprise for me that whithout finalizing anything my background verification also got started.
They can waste company's money on these things but cannot give what they committed on.
Can't say company is bad or good but yeah your HR's are worst and unethical. They are looting company's money by doing these things.
Suggestion: Don't waste time of others and do what you say.

I had a screening call with the recruitment team which went ok, but the recruiter was quite rude.
After that i was sent out the technical assignment which i returned within a few days.
I've had no feedback, I've tried emailing several times and I've just been "ghosted". Very unprofessional to hand out and assignment for someone to spend time on, and then just ignore the candidate.

It was for a contract position for Optum. So there was only one round and it was for one hour. I would not recommend contract positions in this company since there is no job security and they end contracts all the time.

It was for a contract position for Optum. I was asked some basic CSS questions like box modal and centering div. I was asked about Angular dependency injection and it's use cases. Had to talk about reusable components and about some examples on how I've utilized it in my past projects.
