I had an in person interview with a CDP employee -- mainly just asked basic questions about why consulting? and about my resume and experiences. I was then invited for an onsite visit. This consisted of a tour with current CDP employees, 2 interviews and a conversation with a panel. These interviews were more behavioral based -- looking specifically for ability to adapt and problem solve.

Applied through university recruiting, sent a virtual cover letter, interviewed onsite (3 separate interviews, but the same questions every time), and heard back a few days later. The whole process took about a month.
