First step was a video interview, then if you were selected you participated in a group interview. The whole process was very easy and I found being in a group of people for the final interview was less nerve wracking for me. Basic behavioral questions.

Applied through UHG portal and then received HireVue invite later that day. Hirevue consisted of 5 pretty easy questions (tell me about a time, why sales, why UHG, etc.). The next day (Thursday) I was contacted to set up an interview with the hiring team and I scheduled it for the following Monday. That interview was with a hiring manager and the program location leader. They further explained the role and then asked a few of the same questions from the Hirevue with a few new behavioral ones. I received my offer 9 days later.
