There were 4 phone interviews, I was hired with 100% phone interviews I didn;t meet my hiring manager for 4 months after I was hired. There were reasons I can;t discuss here but it was not my choice. I submitted my resume, HR guy called with one phone interview repeated everything on my resume. Next phone interview with hiring manager, she liked me and I liked her. Questions were mostly about my most recent experience and if I had healthcare experience or not. Next phone interview was with 2nd level manager and she liked me a lot too. Questions were again on resume and healthcare experience. 3 weeks of phone interviews with managers and HR and I got an offer.
