First Interview: One half hour interview with a manager, mine was on campus
Second Interview: Overview of Company followed by two half an hour interviews, lunch with the current TDPers, a panel to ask the current TDPers anything, and then a wrap up.
The process was good, however, they only tell you the benefits after you get an offer.

The interview went well. After a week my application status was changed to "We have identified a potential opportunity for you". I have no idea what this means. Later, recruiter called saying all the positions were filled. Why was I even interviewed in the first place?

one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
