Applied, did an assessment and got offered a phone interview. Phone interview went well lasted about 20 minutes. I was offered a 3rd interview with 2 supervisors in the customer service field. The 3rd interview was awful. The guy who was on the interview was very racist and condescending. He made it a point to highlight I would get MLK day and BLACK Friday off. I walked away from that interview not even wanting to be apart of a company I thought was the cream of the crop. 0/10 would never recommend.

The interview process was quick. During the process my recruiter was able to explain everything in great detail. It was a refreshing experience. It consisted of in person and group interviews.

Once you finally get a call it’s a quick interview process. I did 2 interviews but decided to move on. Pretty standard stuff, will ask you about previous insurance and/or customer service experience. Low entry level pay.
